Section 90
Asking for details from a government official
(1) If a person charged with an offense in accordance with Sections 42 and 58 requests an understanding with any official of the Government of Nepal in this regard, or if the military court itself deems it appropriate to understand the matter, it may request the necessary information from such an officer and keep the case provisionally adjourned until such information is received.
(2) The information received in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be treated as a statement made before a military court.
(3) If the military court is dissolved without receiving information according to sub-section (2) or if the military court fails to complete the procedure according to this section, the officer convening the military court may cancel the proceedings and order a retrial.
